Configurix

3D shed and portable-building configurator software

Configure the building. Price the project. Keep the order connected.

Configurix connects shed models, dimensions, roofs, siding, colors, doors, windows, lofts, porches, accessories, account pricing, inventory and delivery in one guided 3D project—from the first website design to a reviewed quote, order or materials handoff.

Connected portable-building project

One building connects every option, price, quote, inventory record and order.

Shed configuration software defined

A shed is a governed building system—not a collection of color swatches.

A connected shed configurator starts with the manufacturer's real building families and size rules. Roof geometry, wall height, floor, siding, trim, doors, windows, vents, lofts, porches, ramps, interiors and accessories remain compatible as the customer changes the building.

The product model can calculate commercial quantities and price from that same configuration. A changed size, roof, opening, loft or delivery area updates the saved project rather than forcing sales to reconcile a visualizer, price sheet, inventory list and quote template by hand.

The same governed catalogue can power a public website, authenticated dealer network, showroom, inventory selector and internal sales desk. Each channel can receive the appropriate models, territories, price lists, margins, documents and actions while retaining one project identity.

Planning, permits, foundations, structural design, access, utilities, setbacks and allowed use depend on the actual project and jurisdiction. Configurix can preserve site context, warnings and review states; it does not make an unchecked 3D scene an approval or construction document.

Dealer CPQ workflow with governed price and revision

Give each authorised dealer the correct models, region, price list, margin permissions and documents. The 3D building, calculation and quote stay on one project revision while survey, finance, delivery and approval states remain visible.

Persistent project record

Account · catalogue revision · building configuration · price-list revision · services · quote revision · approval state

  • Account catalogue and commercial permissions are enforced on the server.
  • Every quoted amount can be traced to a rule, rate, quantity or approved override.
  • Reopening an accepted quote does not silently replace its products or prices.

Model the building decisions that drive price, delivery and fulfilment.

The implementation follows the manufacturer's actual models, options, construction logic, dealer rules, inventory and required outputs—not a generic shed picture library.

Building families and geometry

Guide the buyer through the exact ranges and dimensions the factory supplies.

  • Gable, utility, lean-to, gambrel, cabin, porch, garage and greenhouse models
  • Width, length, wall height, roof pitch, overhang, offsets and modular increments
  • Floor, skid, foundation-package and delivery-class relationships

Envelope and openings

Keep every visible selection attached to governed building logic.

  • Roof covering, siding, trim, shutters, vents, gutters and finish palettes
  • Single, double, roll-up and sliding doors with handing and ramp options
  • Window families, wall placement, collisions, clearances and module rules

Lofts, porches and packages

Configure high-value additions without creating invalid combinations.

  • Lofts, ladders or stairs, porches, rails, ramps, shelving and workbenches
  • Lining, insulation, flooring, partitions, electrical and interior packages
  • Model, size, roof, opening, market and intended-use dependencies

Dealer pricing and inventory

Connect customer choices to the correct commercial and availability context.

  • Retail, dealer, territory, margin, discount, tax and finance-display rules
  • On-lot stock identity, specification, location, availability and allowed changes
  • Delivery zones, mileage, equipment, site service and installation charges

Quotes and customer journey

Continue the exact building from exploration into a decision-ready proposal.

  • Save, share, resume, assign and reopen the same configured building
  • Branded or co-branded estimates, quotes, revisions, deposits and approvals
  • Website, mobile, showroom, dealer portal and assisted-sales experiences

Order and operational data

Preserve accepted product identity when the project moves beyond sales.

  • Configuration, catalogue, inventory, price, document and approval revisions
  • Optional component schedule, BOM, cut, purchase or configured-order mapping
  • CRM, ERP, PIM, ecommerce, API, webhook and managed-file connections

One connected process

From shed idea to a reviewed portable-building order.

The customer, dealer, salesperson, surveyor and operations team can continue the same building while each role owns the decisions it is qualified to make.

Choose the range

Start with a valid building family

Select a factory-built model or available stock unit with the permitted sizes, roof and market context already defined.

Configure the building

Apply valid structure and options

Change dimensions, roof, siding, openings, loft, porch, interior and accessories while catalogue rules remain active.

Build the offer

Calculate price, delivery and services

Apply the correct dealer or customer price context, delivery zone, site services, terms and revisioned document.

Review and release

Approve the project and preserve its identity

Record customer, site, commercial and technical decisions before the accepted order or operational handoff is released.
